Wild West Plumbing is a family-owned, Master-licensed plumbing company serving Fort Worth and the surrounding area. But the name on the license is really a story about a family, a set of values passed down from a father to a son, and a promise to do right by every person we work for. This is who we are and why we do it the way we do.
I grew up working alongside my father, building custom homes with his company, Lanham Construction. He was able to provide for us in a way that we honestly wanted for nothing, and he did it by building something simpler than a business. He built a reputation.
I still remember learning about advertising in school one day, and the conversation I had with my father about it afterward. He told me something I have never forgotten. He said if you build a reputation as a man who keeps his word and treats others the way you wish to be treated, you will have more to do than you can handle. To this day, my father still has the same initial box of business cards he had made when he first got started. He never needed to pass them out. His customers, who all became family friends, did all the introductions for him.

Before I started Wild West Plumbing, I spent many years managing the service and warranty division of a large commercial construction plumbing company. That is where I learned that I could diagnose large-scale issues in a way that just made sense to me. I found that I genuinely enjoy solving the problems people have been told simply cannot be done.
But I also found a lot I disagreed with. I never wanted to fix something just long enough to get it out of warranty. That was never going to be me. I wanted my work to last till the end of time. So I went out on my own, and I built this company to extend my father’s core values, not just to our customers, but to our employees as well.

The thing I am most proud of is not on a review page. It is that we treat each other like family here, because we are. I get to work alongside my girls, and watching my family work together and build their confidence is a dream come true. When you call Wild West Plumbing, you are not reaching a call center or a stranger. You are reaching a family that treats your home like our own.
Everything we do comes back to a few simple beliefs that we do not compromise on.

My goal is to grow Wild West Plumbing so we can help more families. I have different ideas about company size than my father did, but I never want to get away from those core values he gave me. And there is a bigger dream underneath all of it.
What I really want, one day, is to be able to do plumbing for free. We come across so many people who cannot afford to call a company out, but who also cannot survive without one. If we can build this company to the point where I can help those families, that is the whole point. That is what success really looks like to me.
Wild West Plumbing is fully licensed and insured. Jack holds Texas Master Plumber License RMP-45294, regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. With 24 years in the trade and a background in complex commercial and warranty work, we bring serious expertise to every job, from a simple faucet repair to a problem another plumber could not solve.
